Hello everyone. Dr. Thom here. Thank you for being patient as I rethink the theme for Rx for the Planet for the last half of 2025. Many changes underway as the forces of re-evolution culminate. All of us feel the impact of times meant to test us and help us grow into the next dimension of time and space.
In my case, I feel drawn to focus more on youth worldwide. Those 1.3 billion young people come to us with vast talents, disruptive minds, and a mission to change our planet. Supporting and guiding them is the key to our future.
Please join me as a subscriber and supporter if this mission appeals to you.
Just a reminder: I draw my writing from the truth that you and I aren’t evolving from an accidental past. Humans are returning to their roots in the stars. I call this re-evolution.
Embrace that truth and you can feel the next dimension of consciousness beckon. You begin to sense the secrets of human purpose and the power of an intelligent universe.
Another truth to acknowledge? Your journey is guided and supported. A vast array of star-based ‘cousins’ who form a galactic community await reunion with Earth. They listen for your call. They help write this newsletter.
And who am I? Find out here.
Act kind,
Dr. Thom
I can remember the one time I argued with my mother.
That’s right. Just one time.
It was a simple argument really, and I deserved to lose. I was in seventh grade, age 12. A neighbor offered me a tiny rowboat about 8 feet long. I took some time to paint the name of the boat on the small stern: UFO (Unidentified Floating Object). Then I wanted to take it out on the bay where I lived.
My mother said no.
“I’ll wear a life jacket!”
“No, you’re not going out on the bay by yourself.”
Good call. I wasn’t ready.
Why did I have only one argument with my mother while growing up? I’ve written a bit about this before. She had been my mother in four previous lifetimes, so we had the rules worked out long before I took charge of the embryo in her womb (this time as a son). She knew what I liked. I knew what she wanted.
For me, she was the perfect parent. She was present but gave me the space, freedom, and unconditional love necessary to grow. She laid down the law by example, not by threat. And once the rowboat argument was settled, I can never remember her questioning my choices again.
But something deeper than rules were at work: My mother never confused her child for an adult, but always respected the knowledge and wisdom carried from previous lifetimes.
Perhaps it was her intuition. More likely , it was her own history as an explorer of metaphysical mysteries. She knew that each child is a summation of a thousand lifetimes—a history that carries over to influence behavior, personality, talents, and life choices in the present lifetime.
Where did today’s children live those lifetimes? That’s the question parents should ask now.
I can’t prove the soul is real. Nor can anyone disprove it. But clues exist. Let’s start with what virtually every channeled transmission for the past 2000 years has conveyed to humans:
Earth is an experiment in love.
The messages vary in content, but always center on the same theme: The fundamental dynamic driving human evolution are the opposing energies of separation versus connection. You and I are part of a grand experiment to test whether unconditional love can surmount forces of division to create a unified planet eligible to reunite with a loving universe.
If you choose to believe instructions from the universe, this is more than a planetary call to action. It’s a journey intimately connected to the personal evolution of each of us. The more we embrace oneness, the more the planet responds; in turn, the planet’s vibrations rise and resonate with hidden memories in our inner being.
The experiment is destined to succeed. Wholeness lies ahead, along with reconnection to other planets further along in evolution. My mystic mentor, Iole, put our options in blunt terms: “Earth must take its place in the universe.”
Our progress is carefully monitored for good reason: To overcome darkness through exercising free will on behalf of love counts as a victory for the forces of light in the universe. A successful result will radiate waves of unconditional love, resonating with distant beings in far reaches of the galaxy.
But the timing depends on us. Unspoken is a warning: It can happen now, or it can happen on a more distant, future Earth rising from the ashes of this one. This is the challenge that has been issued to Earth’s inhabitants.
The end of this phase of the experiment looms. That’s the prime reason that Earth experiences extreme turmoil now. The two great forces of separation versus connection have polarized into two camps, sharpening the terms of the debate: Choose love and join together to go forward, or potentially perish to await further incarnations and another opportunity to make better choices.
Neither myself nor anyone reading this—whether you accept the experiment or see it as science fiction—can evade this challenge. You and I agreed to participate before birth.
Your soul made the choice to live now. You’ve lived many lifetimes learning about love. It doesn’t matter whether you were an axe murderer, a tribal member, a farmer, or a nun. Every lifetime was designed to teach a bit more about connection, empathy, wholeness, and love.
In this lifetime, your personal experiment culminates. This is an opportunity. Under the circumstances of polarity, the right choice matters. Personal acts of love add to soul growth. Every small act of kindness, love, peace, and acceptance adds resonance to the whole—and to the whole of you.
Frankly, it’s not clear to the Messengers how each of us will respond, or whether humans have the collective will to succeed. Our universe is designed as an infinite recursive loop, with success a matter of probability until the final breakthrough.
But our universe holds a quiet secret: It is biased toward love. Flooding the planet with fourth and fifth dimensional energies, as is happening now, bestows bioelectric magic on each of us that helps us learn to love without boundaries.
But the universe has further tilted the scales: Souls who have deep experience with unconditional love have flooded the planet.
The influx is an intentional byproduct of re-evolution—another element of the plan. As Earth’s frequencies accelerate, the window of vibrations expands, allowing ‘faster’ souls to incarnate.
This is why children are different today. Virtually any child born after 2012 resonates with the vibrations of fourth and fifth dimensions, where separateness fades and natural attunement connects all life into the whole of the planet and beyond.
This generation will decide Earth’s future, not adults. 1.3 billion youth resonate to the vibrations of the future, not the past.
The Messengers recently reinforced this: Every child born in 2025 and after has migrated from other planets.
Think of it as a beneficial invasion of innovators. Encoded in their DNA is a deep desire to serve, contribute, and raise awareness. They intend—as strongly as they are able—to point Earth toward reconciliation and rebirth.
But their ultimate success is tied to adults. The great mystery, really, is how adults will respond to a mysterious generation of youth.
Already, youth behavior has begun to test our capacity for love. The world is taking notice of their resistance to normal schooling, pathways to success, and prodigal achievements beyond their years or predicted intelligence.
Their facility with technology has barely surfaced. Artificial intelligence is not an earthly invention; it is a universal technology that allows every mind to partner with the knowledge banks across the cosmos. Tapping into that deep memory, young people will take and own AI in ways that shock, dismay, and disrupt the traditions of adult life.
There will be a wave of both beauty and pain. A massive effort to connect humanity will be a daily news item. But if rules remain the same, adults should expect anger, outrage, and outright revolt. The coming generation of young people will reaffirm the common saying that ‘insanity is a sane response to a crazy world.’ They come prepared to act.
Good guidelines exist to soothe the journey, mitigate the worst of the consequences, and serve youth as they need to be served. Love, care, and listening lie at the core of good parenting, as well at the core of the experiment.
But I will suggest in the next few newsletters that adults live directly in the middle of a great transformation. Who are these children from planets unknown, with experiences in dimensions of thoughts beyond third dimensional life?
How do we shepherd them? How do we raise and educate them by the rules of the universe, their familiar territory, and not by the exact rules of Earth? Can we create the ecosystem that allows for the growth and freedom necessary for children to impact the planet positively? Can we free the soul for action?
Please keep in mind the complexity of the experiment. Six billion adults carry deeply embedded scientific assumptions, religious doctrines, and traditional notions of adult ‘control.’
So, in the few posts I’ll break down the big questions into steps to consider as our planet approaches the end of the experiment, faces the choice between surviving and thriving, and recalls from dim memory Earth’s desire to rejoin the universe.
It’s time to honor the soul. I imagine my mother is watching.
Thank you for reading. Here are the topics I’ll explore in the coming weeks:
Can we expand our notion of a child to see more than a physical being and honor the spirit and soul that is in our protection and guidance?
Can we let go of adult doctrine that places restrictions on beliefs?
Can we honor the mind before the brain?
Can we feel the ‘intention’ behind children’s choices in life? Can we unlimit children by understanding that intelligence is relational, collective, and geared toward connection?
If these topics interest you, please subscribe and comment. And if you know parents with small children or early teens, you may want to share.
Deeply resonate with your article — both as a parent and as someone who tries to live from the heart, guided by love.
Not long ago, I had a conversation with my child about the soul. I shared something I had recently come across, though I approached it with a bit of skepticism, perhaps due to my somewhat traditional beliefs: the idea that there is one universal soul, and we — all people on Earth — are simply its fragments. Through each of us, this one soul experiences life.
To illustrate it, I said it’s like an octopus — the single soul is the head, and we are its many arms.
My child responded, quite simply, that this is true.
Still, I challenged the idea a little and asked again, “But if we are all so different, why would there be only one soul and not many?” He just repeated calmly, “There is only one soul for all.”
I completely agree that today’s generation — and my child too (born 11/09/11) — only truly opens up through love and care. I always make a point to listen to him.
Thank you for this article — it truly touched me. And now I can’t wait to read: what comes next…?
