Hello everyone. Dr. Thom here. I know many of you are active in taking ‘right’ action to shepherd our planet through difficult times. That includes voting, protesting, and supporting fairness and equality everywhere.
In my case, I’m now focused on youth worldwide. Those 1.3 billion young people come to us with vast talents, disruptive minds, and a mission to change our planet. They represent a cosmic gift from a loving universe. Supporting and guiding them is the key to our future.
Please join me as a subscriber and supporter if this mission appeals to you.
Just a reminder: I draw my writing from the truth that you and I aren’t evolving from an accidental past. Humans are returning to their roots in the stars. I call this re-evolution.
Embrace that truth and you can feel the next dimension of consciousness beckon. You begin to sense the secrets of human purpose and the power of an intelligent universe.
Another truth to acknowledge? Your journey is guided and supported. A vast array of star-based ‘cousins’ who form a galactic community await reunion with Earth. They listen for your call. They help write this newsletter.
And who am I? Find out here.
Act kind,
Dr. Thom
I like baseball, martinis, and the occasional party, so I’m slightly embarrassed to share that my Higher Self contacted me.
That’s a bit of woo-woo I try to avoid. As my mother advised, “Keep your head in the clouds but your feet on the ground.” I follow that advice, so when I hear a voice from way above cloud level, I feel a bit uneasy.
Nevertheless, twice this week a very clear voice came into my mind at 3 AM. It said, “It is I.” I realized a part of myself had reached out to me. It was unsettling.
I didn’t like the message, either. My mission is ending, the voice told me, and your next assignment is waiting. I’m healthy and have plenty more goals in mind, so for the moment I’m putting the message on hold.
That’s not to say I’m not a believer. Every metaphysical teaching, backed by the Messengers who guide humanity, confirms the existence of a cosmic counterpart that oversees our multiple lifetimes from a timeless perspective.
I decided to regard the voice as a reminder that the connection to the universe never wavers, regardless of circumstances. That’s part of the universal design.
It’s a good thought to keep in mind on dark days, when the world seems directionless.
It’s not. But we do need to listen to the voices.
In last week’s post, I related a key message delivered to us about the future of Earth:
Every Messenger confirms that souls born in recent decades immigrated from other planets, an influx of advanced beings incarnating to usher in a grand shift in human attitudes and actions over the next two generations.
This convocation is a cosmic gift, a just-in-time surge planned for maximum impact. As the Messengers tell us, it is a galactic-wide intervention at a crucial crossroads. Millions of souls are collaborating to turn the tide on Earth by restoring connection to the universe.
The children can be seen in every part of the globe, with amazingly bright eyes, a wide awake personality, and vibrant sensitivity to the world.
And their energies extend beyond family or village. At night their souls roam, gathering and sharing intelligence about their earthly return and focusing their collective consciousness on deep, radical shift.
The mechanics behind the influx are actually quite simple. Evolution relies on frequencies that activate DNA and gene expression, the universal method for controlling the pace of cultural change on a planet.
When those frequencies increase exponentially, the game changes. Every soul recently born resonates by virtue of birth to the accelerated energies that envelop the planet now. That stimulus activates a wider range of talents and expands consciousness, as well as bringing a deeper sense of purpose and meaning to life.
Inevitably, planetary consciousness will shift in the direction of rediscovering the unlimited knowledge banks and infinite resources of the universe.
For adults, this confers a deeper responsibility for children than at any time in the past.
How do we form a coalition with the new children that will achieve the shift of consciousness and reinvent our planet?
That’s the question, really. Will adults, who control the rules of parenting, the structure of schools, and the belief systems that mold children, yield to a new generation insistent on freedom, committed to love, and prepared to question authority in the name of the universe?
I suggest one step: Acknowledge the soul.
I use the term acknowledge carefully. Waiting for an exact definition or a precise description of the soul acts as a defensive belief. Thousands of humans have tried to describe the soul. But it can’t be done from human vantage.
I just go with a simple version from Archangel Michael, one of the traditional overseers and protectors of Earth:
Therefore, this fragment—this soul vehicle you have here on Earth—is simply the fragmentation that took on the role of playing human. Through its experiences, the physical body finally regains its consciousness of Light and Light begins to feed through once again, so the vibration can be uplifted.
It’s a beautiful, truthful definition. Every child holds hidden wellsprings that should be recognized.
The soul is a complex of energies with a direct line to the higher self. It acts as our recordkeeper, recording every experience and thought in each lifetime.
When a soul arrives as a child, it carries in its memory banks a vast history, a plan, and an agenda for this lifetime. Every soul incarnates with a mission.
Every soul scans the opportunities for accomplishing the mission. If you’re a parent, teacher, friend, or guardian, you’re part of their plan.
But acknowledging the soul is a life challenge for human society, particularly in the West and global North where embedded ideas about the soul prevail. Discovering the inner truths children carry into this lifetime requires adults to question basic assumptions:
· Can we as a global community overcome a science that disputes the existence of the soul alongside religious doctrine that views the soul through the lens of heaven, hell, sin, and redemption?
· Can you as a parent feel the soul in your child?
· Can you as an educator teach to the yearnings of the soul—the inborn desire for creativity, joy, connection, and growth?
· Can you acknowledge the mystery of being human and regard 10,000 years of wisdom pointing to the soul as worthy of respect?
You may also need to prepare for a bit of ‘unlearning.’ Raising a child with a history from a different planet doesn’t mean you have a prodigy on your hands. Your son or daughter will likely not be telepathic. Or in any way cosmic.
Remember that you, too, likely lived lifetimes on other planets. Most of us have ‘been there and done that’, but we still act ‘normally.’
And even if you agreed to parent a child and participate in their mission, you don’t need to compete with Archangels to do your job. Instead of seeking scientific ‘proof’, adhering to sermons about sin and redemption, or retreating into ‘I don’t know’, open your mind and heart, simply acknowledge the soul with a simple shift in perspective:
Assume that life in the body is animated by universal connection to intelligent cosmic energy.
Operating by that assumption recognizes the human body as interlocked with energetic forces. It reminds us that actions that expand human capability lead to soul growth.
That’s the primary purpose of the influx of advanced souls. Separation is over. The energies of connection wash though all of us. Children arrive attuned to those energies.
Acknowledging the soul facilitates that attunement, leading to the freedom and love necessary for the soul to manifest its mission and talents. In fact, acknowledging the soul is the true foundation for good parenting.
How do you help your children ‘attune’?
Be hopeful. Children read the headlines and ‘read’ adults. Radiate hopefulness. If you feel mixed emotions, remain neutral.
Show gratitude. Appreciation is the most powerful, positive vibration possible during challenging times. Look for the flowers, the sky, small acts of kindness, a smile and a kitten.
Teach self-care. Young people are sensitive to planetary trauma. Teach the tools of therapy, self-talk, confidence, and worthiness to children. They come with an inherent appreciation of their universal abilities, but this can be lost in a damaged world.
Allow the pull to unity. Children from the stars do not recognize the boundaries of nations, races, or language. Encourage oneness.
Love unconditionally. The pathways to adulthood are changing dramatically and will be redefined. Let children forge new paths that align with their new world. A sense of freedom leads to innovation, creativity, and inspiration.
A good parent is now a master facilitator and a partner with the universe.

Dr. Thom

Thank you for this deeply resonant article. Acknowledging the soul feels like the missing key in how we relate to children today.
As a parent, I feel the truth of your words—it's not easy to be a facilitator rather than a fixer. But what truly guides me is loving my son unconditionally. From that space, the right answers about his growth, purpose, and how I can support him always seem to come.
Your message that you placed within gave me reassurance that this heart-led path is exactly what’s needed.
