Hello Planeteers,
Dr. Thom here. Thank you for looking at Rx for the Planet and I hope to have you as a subscriber and supporter.
Rx for the Planet, with Dr. Thom is an alien-supported publication. Unfortunately, other civilizations don’t use Apple Pay or cash apps. To support my work and theirs, use your CC to become a paid subscriber.
Why subscribe? I share life-changing truths that make you more intelligent.
I don’t mean intelligent in the form of book knowledge, brain exercises, AI tips, or even the inspiring information found on other Substack newsletters.
I draw my writing from the truth that you and I aren’t evolving from an accidental past. Humans are returning to their roots in the stars. I call this re-evolution.
Embrace that truth and you put yourself on a path to enter the next dimension of consciousness. That’s the direction of Earth’s journey.
There you will discover the secrets of human purpose, tap the power of an intelligent universe, and help Earth take its place among one sextillion other planets.
The journey offers you an unique personal opportunity. You’re here now by virtue of choice. Within you lies the power of a sage, yogi, and wise leader. But attitude, beliefs, and emotional choices activate that power.
Aligned with the energies of re-evolution, you can learn to direct your life during the challenging times ahead and help your eight billion soulmates on Earth choose a positive, enlightened future.
One other truth: Your journey is guided and supported. A vast array of star-based ‘cousins’ who form a galactic community await reunion with Earth. They listen for your call. They help write this newsletter.
Sign up for Free. If Rx for the Planet opens unexpected doorways for you, consider becoming a paid subscriber at $30 for the year and access the archive of over 120 earlier posts.
Either choice earns my gratitude. I’ll do my best to shake up your mindset, but just remember: It’s guidance, never gospel.
And who am I? Find out here.
Act kind,
Dr. Thom
Driving through the Santa Cruz mountains south of San Francisco on an early spring day 25 years ago reminded me that I was a happy Californian.
But turning off the main highway and winding my way through a thick canopy of redwood trees on a mile-long road that got narrower by the minute seemed mysterious.
The journey ended safely. I spent the day at the HeartMath Institute. You won’t see lab coats here—just joyful people doing joyful work that one day will be accepted as scientific truth. Nestled in quiet sunlit hills above the redwoods, it’s the perfect place to investigate the secrets of the heart.
I became a regular visitor. And a few years later, the heart revealed one of its core mysteries. Sitting with Rollin McCraty, the Director of Research, I watched a screen showing how the heart and brain responded to random photos of either beauty or violence generated by a computer. Depending on the photo, the heart and brain responded some 4 - 5 seconds before the picture was visible.
That’s precognition. It shouldn’t be possible.
Even less possible, the heart reacted about 1.5 seconds faster than the brain.
I began to understand the heart is far more than a pump. Activate it with love, and you can see the future. As I wrote in 2009, in Welcoming 2012, my first book on re-evolution:
In the fourth dimension and beyond, we chart our own course, under our own command, as we learn increasingly to activate our own hearts by thinking of the heart as the master organ of vibration, able to regulate the electromagnetic properties of love and attune us to faster frequencies of information held in octaves of experience beyond our normal waking consciousness.
A doorway opened for me that first visit, with lessons for a lifetime. How did I find my way?
No guru required. The heart knows.
How future historians name this period of human history is up for debate, but one candidate should be the ‘Age of Anomalies.’
Contemplating this, I also could imagine ‘The End of Groupthink.’ I’ll reserve that for a future post.
The potential titles intertwine for a reason. Virtually everything humans believe about human existence is under revision, with standard, normal, and expected truths about ourselves regularly shattered by science.
I mean everything. We’re now livng through an era that includes revelations about the mind and brain, the length of human civilization, the course of evolution, the scope of intelligent life across the universe, and findings that the human body may operate more like a coherent liquid crystal than a random collection of cells.
To those fundamental questions about life, add a buzzing ecosystem: Unidentified drones overhead; UFO disclosure films; crop circles, and evolving Dark Matter that mysteriously occupies 85% of space.
Upheaval of this magnitude shakes the psyche. Economic and social upheaval follows as rules and norms shift. Worldwide demonstrations will surge. There is no doubt.
But it’s time to acknowledge the pattern. The universe has speeded up its message. Bombardment is underway, with the aim of destroying conventional human thinking.
It seems mysterious, but it’s not if you understand re-evolution. Earth is now severely impacted by a force-field of faster energies. All life and the very geology of a living planet will continue to shift.
And we’re the capstone species. The force-field reaches deep into human consciousness, expanding our awareness and aligning us with universal information that yields more creative exploration of behavior, biology, and technology.
Together, the anomalies invoke a feeling of crisis and breakdown. The opposite is true. The rebuild offers our planet—and each of us—a doorway into the future.
That’s the perfect reason to change our attitude in the face of deeply disruptive findings about our past, present, and future. The universe cares nothing for our limited beliefs; the goal of disruption is to pressure us to ask better questions about ourselves.
What is the essence of our cumulative ‘crisis’? It really revolves around one question:
Are we separate from the universe or connected to it?
Viewing ourselves as originally evolved from a string of proteins floating randomly in a steaming pool of standing water struck by lightning leaves us blind. Viewing ourselves as inhabitants of an intelligent universe bound by one conciousness opens our eyes.
For an entire planet, the answer needs to be collective. But a deeply personal path also applies to each of us. So, I’ll pose the question as an individual quest.
The good news is that you can answer the question for yourself.
And I suggest: Start anywhere.
Perhaps you’ve already done a deep dive and recognize that you live at a special moment in human evolution that automatically grants you a passport to travel far beyond your body, into the deepest reaches of the infinite ecosystem of knowledge called the universe.
In that case, let your mind wander. Let it flow beyond your body and brain into distant stars. Imagine living outside your body as a cloud of consciousness.
If it suits you, stay tethered to Earth. Just ask good questions. The key skill today is openness driven by sincerity. Sincere searching places you in alignment with the influx of fresh energies.
Even better, it draws to you a spiritual team watching your evolution and intent on opening more doors for you.
Think of it as the science of curiosity: Intentional questioning with an attitude of beginner’s mind shifts your resonant field of energies.
Every wonderment has impact. You vibrate at a slightly higher frequency that further harmonizes with the energies of the infinite ecosystem of the universe.
That’s what you can feel when you walk in awe in a beautiful natural setting. But you can now tune into infinite Nature that reaches into the stars.
Where your mind goes, your soul flows.
Looking for a short cut? The heart can provide you immediate answers. It’s your True North as you enter the flow.
You will find your method; I have mine:
There’s no real secret to traveling the universe at 3 AM. Just do it.
But how do you do it? Lie in the quiet dark. Face the sky. Close your eyes. Imagine your mind free of your body, trolling the cosmos. Watch the screen behind your eyes, with its jumbled collage of images randomly flitting, disappearing, morphing, cascading, with no apparent order or meaning. Just a bunch of stuff working its way through your mind.
Then…decide. Is this a movie produced by random biochemical activity in those 100 billion nerve cells inside my skull? Or am I floating through territory I have seen before, but not noticed?
Could I really be a cloud? Is someone trying to speak to me? Are those images reflections dancing through a prism?
Ask sincerely. Then wait…and wait again. The universe honors persistence.
Thank you all. If you don’t sense re-evolution is heating up, you’re not paying attention. You will not get any better information about the future than right here, at Rx for the Planet.
Why can I promise that? Because I’ve got some heavy-hitting angels, aliens, and world-watchers on the other side who know their stuff.
I really love that this article touches on the heart as something more than just a physical motor pumping life through the body! Because to me, the heart is the physical embodiment of the soul. There’s a reason we say things like "from the bottom of my heart"!
And completely resonate with the mirror theory — I often use it in my work with people. :)
Re-evolution is already happening… people are awaking up, but not everyone is able to move through the stages of the transition. The fear of death hasn’t gone anywhere — and it still acts like a kind of devil, pulling people back into material existence, making them conform, trapped by the mind and fixed limiting patterns that form a buffer between them and the new shift.
