Growing Your Intelligence
Try a diet of love, light, and freedom
Welcome back to Rx for the Planet.
I’ll share a bit of news. This week I launched the One Intelligence Foundation as a non-profit organization and center for individuals and organizations focused on a unified vision of creative intelligence in service to a positive, collaborative global future.
It’s time to accept the offer from our partners in the cosmos to redefine ourselves. If the message and mission resonates, be sure to share. Thanks.
And life is rumbling. Have you noticed? From floods to heatwaves to AI to crazy elections. There is more to come, and likely more intense, before humanity decides to shift to collective action.
Rx for the Planet gives you an edge in terms of understanding and acceptance of the vast change in life. If you’re able to upgrade to a Premium Subscription, either Annual or Monthly, now is the time!
Act kind,
Dr. Thom
I was born a hundred yards from the Hollywood Freeway in Los Angeles and grew up on the beaches of Southern California. It was an idyllic childhood in a cultural concentration camp called ‘whiteness.’
I had help to escape. In our conservative coastal town, in 1949, my mother taught astrology classes. In doing so, she violated a municipal ordinance banning the teaching of astrology. She proceeded anyway.
That was a good first lesson for me in ‘thinking for myself.’
You and I live at an odd moment. Virtually nothing is banned now, but old beliefs still rule us, often reinforced by a society and science that enforces ‘group think.’
Intelligence is no exception. Humans have trained themselves to believe that ‘DNA is destiny’. If you were fortunate to be born with the ‘right’ genes, you’ll end up ‘smart’. Your brain, presumed to be the source of your intelligence, simply works better.
As I used to hear in the classroom when a student struggled with math, “It’s not my fault. My mother doesn’t have the math gene, either.”
Strangely, this is not fact-based.’ It’s really a group-think exercise based on the common belief that humans are physical beings and nothing more.
Like the teaching of astrology, beliefs change. And beliefs change lives.
If you’re debating that, examine the next pharmaceutical you ingest. To be approved, every drug has to work more than 33% of the time. Why? A third of the time a placebo responds to your beliefs and works as well as the real thing.
Can you use the same process to ‘Grow your intelligence’? Absolutely. In fact, the purpose of re-evolution is to help you master the power of thought.
So, best advice for all of us in these times: Think for yourself.
(I posted about intelligence previously in Allowing Genius. That’s a good backdrop for this post.)
To our guides in the stars, the mystery of human intelligence started with a misunderstanding.
We forgot that the body was built from light energies directed by consciousness.
As I’ve written before, that was the true ‘Fall’ captured now in allegory or religious texts.
But humans still experience the consequences. Once entranced by biochemicals and seemingly encased in a solid body, the connection to light dimmed. Simple logic then prevailed. ‘Thinking’ must be a physical process in the brain.
The original truth will reveal itself. Intelligence flows from a pool of liquid light into the vibrational fields of the body, affecting physical processes and attuning it through interaction with liquid crystalline DNA to the frequencies of the universe.
The frequency levels of love and light register most powerfully in the fields of the body. As our personal vibrations increase in response to love, the more we align with the universe and the more we ‘know.’
This also provides the perfect universal measure for intelligence. Since the Fall, a small number of wise ancients penetrated the mystery; we celebrate them as mystics, sages, and religious founders.
But another factor is now part of the equation of intelligence. In its simplest form, intelligence is entrained through resonance and vibration with the universal field of knowledge. If it speeds up, we speed up.
And in our region of the universe, that’s the case. A beam of energies is flooding us with fresh information, shifting the vibrational bounds of consciousness, and offering a communal upgrade in human intelligence. That’s what I term re-evolution.
As mid-century looms, living in this novel ecosystem of energies is now part of being alive. Whether we agree or not, you and I are ‘growing our intelligence’.
But active works better than passive. In a free will universe, intention matters. How fast do you want to grow? Like every human, you set the pace by making choices each moment or day that determine how ‘receptive’ you are.
This quest is not about IQ or degrees. The larger goal is to take advantage of this unique opportunity to speed yourself up. The lesson now is to aim for the universal standard for intelligence by attuning yourself to the frequencies of love.
Are humans on track to learn that lesson? Yes, they are. For one, survival is at stake. But re-evolution lifts the collective consciousness by providing the right creative ecosystem (and a legion of reincarnated advisors) to help humans think beyond the brain.
In my next posts, I’ll examine the evidence for a series of breakthroughs that will fundamentally alter the science of intelligence and usher in an evolutionary leap to understanding the power of thought.
Among the leaders is epigenetics—the science of how environment, brain, and culture activates DNA and genes.
[Note from Thom: Just read this morning about how the Y chromosome is evolving much faster than the X chromosome; in fact, it’s predictable the Y chromosome will eventually disappear. Goodbye battle of the sexes and hello the integrated male-female energies of the next dimension!]
But intelligence is personal. It matters most to you, especially if you aspire to the universal standard.
And the lessons our guides in the stars provide for growing your intelligence are actually quite simple.
It starts with restoring the light body by honoring your body. The energetic fields of the body ingest and digest energy and are constantly replenished and affected by an incoming stream of vibrations. The more love you ingest, the higher the vibrations.
A key directive from the stars is to view all influences on our bodies, emotional and material, as forms of energy. Thoughts, foods, and environmental stressors should all be considered events—a set or packet of specific energies organized into particular patterns.
That’s a universal practice, by the way. Just as we might choose to consume certain foods to provide a rush of energy, beings on advanced planets digest energies of specific, higher frequencies, infused with helpful vibrations, to assist their growth in awareness as they continue their journey toward entering ever more advanced states of consciousness.
Energy is also stamped by intention. This means motives and purpose have energetic signatures that attach to the products we use or eat. For example, medicines manufactured purely for profit or quick fixes are imbued with slower frequencies than those created with genuine concern for humanity.
Oddly, advisors from the stars rarely recommend certain foods, or strict dietary guidelines, or even vegetarianism. In fact, they are deliberately broad-minded about virtually everything that involves pleasures of the body, including sex and food.
Instead, they advocate balance, itself a form of energy. And a balanced life is different for every individual. Each of us, with a unique soul history and life path, is granted the freedom to find the right balance by following one basic rule: respect for self.
That returns me to the theme of the post: Respect for self leads to the freedom to think for yourself. Everyone incarnates with a mission and life purpose; without that, living a life on Earth hold no meaning.
But only you know that path. It may lie hidden, or be subsumed under the rigors, stresses, and demands of daily life. But it is ready at any time to be awakened—and it is the fastest path to growing your intelligence. Purpose activates intelligence.
In the days to come, your ‘freedom to think’ will be tested. Inevitably, as re-evolution intensifies, many voices will emerge with presciptions of ‘right and wrong.’ You will be left with one source of knowledge: You.
I’ve always liked this quote from one of the Messengers:
Cherish your body as the divine vessel it is, as the miraculous expression of spirit made flesh. Let the proscriptions, harangues, and histrionics of others fall lightly upon you.
Act kind,
Dr. Thom
Thanks for reading. The growth of intelligence is collective. As we ‘exchange’ intelligence, we encourage the collective to unify and aim toward the standard of unconditional love. Empathy, openness, and non-judgment matter. I’ll examine that process next week.
And look for my midweek post from my book ‘Welcoming 2012’ about something that will never happen to humans unless the entire race goes off the collective rails: Armageddon.
